Locksmith applications

When you apply to join the OrderMyKey Locksmith Network we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, business address, the ZIP codes you service, and the documents you upload (business license, locksmith license where applicable, and proof of insurance).

We use this to verify your business, decide which ZIP codes to assign to you, and — once approved — email you customer requests from those ZIP codes.

How documents are stored

Uploaded documents are kept on private, non-public storage on our server. They are only accessible to OrderMyKey staff reviewing applications, are never published, and are not shared with customers.

Customer requests from the OrderMyKey app

When a customer requests a key or lockout service in the OrderMyKey app, the app sends their name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and request details to our server. We store the request and email it to the approved locksmith who covers that ZIP code (or to OrderMyKey if no locksmith covers it), so they can contact the customer. Locksmith email addresses are not shown in the app.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
